HSBC is resuming its plan to lay off 35,000 workers globally. Chief executive Noel Quinn wrote in a note to 235,000 global staff that they were unable to "pause the job losses indefinitely." In a plan announced in February, HSBC intended to save up to $4.5 billion in costs, with workers in Europe and the U.S. expected to be particularly hard hit, but the global bank in late March decided to hold off to "better support our people" during the crisis. Deutsche Bank is also resuming job cuts that had initially been put on hold over the pandemic. According to Bloomberg, banks around the world announced some 75,000 redundancies in 2019.
Tourism's tentative return in Europe
Cross-border travel is restarting in parts of Europe that were particularly affected by the coronavirus outbreak. Spain is trialling a new start for tourism ahead of a further relaxation of measures later in June.
The Balearic Islands will welcome 10,000 tourists from Germany with new rules in place, including a minimum five-night stay and limited hotel capacity. France is also opening its borders to much of Europe without quarantine, though Spanish visitors will have to wait until 21 June and UK arrivals must self-isolate for 14 days, reflecting the policies outlined in those countries.
Making mental health a priority
The coronavirus pandemic has exposed more people to increasingly severe mental health issues. In May, the UN warned of a global mental health crisis due to increased isolation and potential trauma for those working in health care, among other factors. And in the U.S., nearly half of Americans said the crisis has harmed them, according to a Kaiser Family Foundation poll. Further, two-thirds of adults reported more stress now compared with this time last year, and more than half of adults said they would find mental health-care services useful.
Just Eat Takeaway gobbles up Grubhub
Just Eat Takeaway has agreed to buy US rival Grubhub in a $7.3bn (£5.75bn) deal to create a trans-Atlantic food-delivery giant. The deal with Grubhub, whose negotiations with Uber fell apart after being mired in antitrust and other issues, comes just four months after the £10bn merger of London-based Just East and Dutch group Takeaway.com and expands a market reach that already includes Europe, Canada, Brazil and Australia. The online food delivery market has been one of the few to prosper during the coronavirus crisis, but analysts warn consolidation in the industry is long overdue.
Constraints allow us to move forward, says CEO of WLJ Advisors, Whitney Johnson.
"Constraints are necessary to provide focus and help us think creatively to solve problems."
While the world is starting to cautiously open up from the pandemic, many are still watching to see what is going to happen next. Though we don’t know exactly what the future may bring, disruption teaches us that we can count on growth if we can lean into one thing - and that thing may surprise you. #disruptyourself #growth

FIFTH SEAL
This judgment encompasses Christians who will be martyred for their faith in Christ during the Great Tribulation by not bowing down to the Antichrist and by not submitting to the global economic system that forces all people on the earth to receive the mark of the beast. Their deaths place them in good company of the righteous throughout the ages.
5th Gate: Frequency shift.
This one entails moving through a skin-like membrane which can not be stepped through until we have learned to shift our vibration to match the gateway, then we can step through and join the Great Ones. It allows you to change your frequency so that you can travel through the portals of time at specific sites. Depending on the site’s requirements, sometimes the work needs to be done from this upper dimension and so we ‘shift’ into that vibration in order to do the work at that level. You will literally feel it as though you were moving through ‘membrane’ and you will be connected to that higher dimension for the duration of your work.
5. Sectarian Heaven
All those who think they are the only ones going to heaven because they've understood a special teaching or follow a certain "human" leader - these people are going to sectarian heaven. Just you and your special group are going to make it - this is at once the core teaching and appeal of this destination. For example:
Mormons will spend eternity populating the planets of the universe - according to the writings of their leader and founder, Joseph Smith (1830)
Jehovah's Witnesses will have 144,000 and only that number in their sectarian heaven - a teaching promoted by their founder, Charles Russell (1872)
The modern Jewish religions also promote the idea that only their culture and nation will be revived to eternal glory
The biggest clue to knowing if you are headed for sectarian heaven is usually the fact that it's a heaven according to the ideas of one person and a pretty ordinary person at that.
Envy
Cain killing Abel (c. 1600) by Bartolomeo Manfredi
Envy (Latin: invidia), like greed and lust, is characterized by an insatiable desire. It can be described as a sad or resentful covetousness towards the traits or possessions of someone else. It arises from vainglory,[36] and severs a man from his neighbor.
Malicious envy is similar to jealousy in that they both feel discontent towards someone's traits, status, abilities, or rewards. A difference is that the envious also desire the entity and covet it. Envy can be directly related to the Ten Commandments, specifically, "Neither shall you covet ... anything that belongs to your neighbour"—a statement that may also be related to greed. Dante defined envy as "a desire to deprive other men of theirs". In Dante's Purgatory, the punishment for the envious is to have their eyes sewn shut with wire because they gained sinful pleasure from seeing others brought low. According to St. Thomas Aquinas, the struggle aroused by envy has three stages: during the first stage, the envious person attempts to lower another's reputation; in the middle stage, the envious person receives either "joy at another's misfortune" (if he succeeds in defaming the other person) or "grief at another's prosperity" (if he fails); the third stage is hatred because "sorrow causes hatred".
Envy is said to be the motivation behind Cain murdering his brother, Abel, as Cain envied Abel because God favored Abel's sacrifice over Cain's.
